Total Distance of Everest Base Camp Trekking is 130K and takes 12 days to complete, starting  from Lukla  from where it  takes 7 days to reach at Everest Base Camp and 5 days to get back at Lukla.

The Standard route of Everest Base Camp Trek is:

1. Kathmandu to Lukla (25 minutes flight by Aircraft), then Trek to Phakding
2. Phakding to Namche Bazaar
3. Namchhe Bazaar (Rest Day)
4. Namche Bazaar to Tengboche
5. Tengboche to Dingboche
6. Dingboche to Lobuche
7. Lobuche to Gorakshep to Everest Base Camp, back to Gorakshep
8. Gorakshep to Pheriche
9. Pheriche to Pangboche
10. Pangboche to Monju
11. Monje to Lukla 
12. Lukla to Kathmandu (By Air, its 25 minutes flight in the sky)
