Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd. is a Legally Registered Trekking Company under Nepal Company Act and accepts your Trip Booking under the following terms and conditions.
Booking Confirmation, Payment, Cancellation and Other information is must before affirmation of Booking any Himalayan Trekking Tours Trip to Nepal. Terms and Conditions comprise a Legally required contract between Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd. (The Company) and You (Client) for the services to be provided by us and bond the basis of your legal relationship with Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd.
The Agreements
We always encourage you to read the terms and conditions carefully before booking any trips with Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd., By booking the trip with us that you are agreeing to be bound by the conditions of the terms, and please go through the following Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship between you (client) and Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd. (The Company) Both parties agree to these Terms and Conditions to resolve any legal or other disputes that may arise during the trip.
1. Trip Booking and Payment
Please, contact us once before you transfer the fund to Official Bank Account of Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd. Official Bank Account Details of Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd. is as Below:- To Book any types of Himalayan Trekking Tour Trips, you must send us a confirmation e-mail with minimum 50 percent advance payment of your Total trip cost. This will comprise acceptance by you of our Terms and Conditions. You need to submit a copy of each passport copy and passport size photograph to our office via email to issue Trekking Permit and National Park Permit. Rest of trekking cost should be paid as Second installment in Nepal before Trip Starting to Himalayas in Nepal.
The final full payment must be submitted at the Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd. office before the tip departure. Otherwise, you will not be legitimate for trip and no final documentation will be disclosed before the payment.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
A notice of Cancellation shall be submitted by client in written by email with authentic reason and then refund procedure will be made as follows.
3. No Refund Policy
No Refunds will be made to clients who drop out of the journey regardless of the reason after the trip has started. There is no Refund on the unused amount base on the itinerary. Similarly, no Refunds are applicable for unutilized faciliites such as accommodation, meals, transportation (Flight service/Overland service), guide service, porter service, permits as well other services.
4. Responsibility
Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd. focus mostly and firstly for the fulfillment of your every desire. We perform our duties truthfully and seriously to make your experience one of the best moment. However, this Company will not take any liability regarding changes and alternations in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as disasters, political-unrest, and cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents.
Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd. while undertaking tours, transportation, hotel accommodation and other services only acts as an means on the clear understanding that it shall not be, in any way, responsible or liable for any accident, damages, loss, delay, international flight cancellation or delays, or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the company, its employees or agents. All bookings are accepted and executed with utmost care, yet no responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation because of factors beyond our control.
Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible if you or any member of your party suffer death, illness or injury as a result of any failure to perform or improper performance of any part of our contract with you where such failure is attributable to (i) the acts and/or omissions of any member of the party, or (ii) those of a third party not connected with the provision of your holiday, or (iii) an event which neither the Company or the service provider could have foreseen or prevented even with due care.
Should any member of your party suffer illness, injury or death through misadventure arising out of an activity, which does not form part of the holiday the Company has arranged for you the Company cannot accept liability. The Company will offer general assistance where appropriate.
5. Assumption of risk
The traveler / trekker understands that during the course of the trip certain risks and dangers may occur including the pressure of traveling in mountainous terrain, accident or illness in remote places without medical facilities. The traveler agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey, and agrees that no liability will be attached to the company or its outfitters, employees or agents, or to any member of the tour group in respect to death, personal injury, illness or delay of trekker, or for any loss or damage to the property of the traveler / trekker during the course of the trip, however caused.
6. Travel Insurance
Insurance of all the staff of Nepal Everest Himalaay Hiking Pvt. Ltd. is responsibility of Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. ltd. But insurance of the client is on their own. So, client must submit us their insurance policy documents in the mean time of booking the Trip with us.
It is a condition while booking treks and tours with us that trekkers must be protected by insurance themselves that covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and loss of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects. All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf.
7. Promotion
Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd. use images of you taken during the trip without recourse to you and without compensation to you, for publicity and promotion purposes only through whatever medium it chooses.
8. Privacy
During the trip booking process, we have to ask you any questions to collect the necessary information from you to obtain permits and arrange your trip. No private or personal information you supply to us will be used at any other time for any other purposes, nor will it be disclosed to third parties.
9. Complaints
If you have any subject of complaint about the tour, you must notify to the tour leader or guide as well to Management Team at the earliest and provide opportunity to correct them on real time basis.
10. Addition Charge
On our trekking and tour packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to client who does not have another tour participant to share room or tent with others Also an additional charge except agreement of booking, the clients most pay in extra charge.
11. Service Missed or Unused
There will be no discounts or money refunded for missed or unused services, this includes voluntary or involuntary termination/departure from tour, i.e. sickness, family issues etc, late arrival on the tour, or premature departure either voluntarily or involuntarily
12. Use of Photos and videos
Our guide and staff or photographer may take photos and videos during your trip and we may use those materials to promote our business through our website and social media.
13. Incomplete Trip
We are not liable for any refunds in case of any incomplete tour, trek, or expedition, whatever the reason from the customer’s side. We pay for trek and expedition upfront to our guide, porter all expanses to cover during trip already. If you come back early from the trek or tour extra days hotel, meals and other expanses you need to take care yourself.
14. Acceptance of Risk and Liabilities
Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Company is dedicated to serve best by completing our duties honestly to make your journey smooth & successful. However, we and our related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstance beyond our control such as govt. restriction, Land slide, road blockage, flood, bad weather, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident and nature of some of our trip is adventurous and risky, thus these may engage your personal risk. Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Company would like to inform you that you need to take all risk on yourself such as damages or injuries or death resulting from these natural risks.
15. Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Company will not take responsibility for these events.
Advice from guides or Sherpa or any local people about the condition of the weather, or condition of the trail, or anything will have to be taken seriously, as ignoring such advice may harm you or your health. The decisions taken by trek leaders will be final.
16. Flight delays and changes in the itinerary
Please be prepared that Himalayan Trekking Tour activities are always unpredictable. The main reason is bad weather conditions in mountain regions causing domestic flight delays. In case of delayed flights during departure (starting of the trip) or return (ending of the trip), the client is responsible to bear all additional expenses including food and accommodation costs. If you wish to make alternative arrangements such as a helicopter flight to avoid flight delays, all additional costs would be your responsibility. Additionally,Nepal Everest Himalya Hiking does not accept any responsibility for costs incurred as a result of a missed international flight but would assist to make alternative arrangements wherever possible. Please note that while on the field, we may have to make some changes in the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances not under our control. However, we will stick to the itinerary as far as possible.
If the flight is cancelled or get delayed due to fluctuate climate or any other causes, Nepal Everest Himalaya Hiking Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for the extra expenses or compensation. We can manage alternative arrangement on special request which may demand other extra cost.
17. Passport and Visa
All clients must have a valid passport with at least six months of validity from the return date. Nepal Visa can be obtainded from the Nepalese Embassy or Consulate in your country or upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Visa processing issues are the responsibiltiy of client.
18. Tipping to Guides and Porters
Tipping is expected by Trekking Guides & Porters who are involved in Trekking Tour Adventure Activities of Nepal. Tip is very important source of income for them as a reward for a service. Tips are greatly appreciated in Trekking Tour Adventure Activities of Nepal. Guides and porters have very tough jobs and they often get surprisingly little compensation for their work.
19. Updating of terms and conditions
The company reserves the right to update and amend these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the client to keep updated with any such changes. The current version of terms and conditions will always be found on the website www.nepaltrekkinginhimalaya.com and will be the terms referred to in any dispute. No any individual employees, representatives, guides of the company can alter the terms and conditions.These terms and conditions may only be waived in special circumstances with written application to the Managing Director. Only the Managing Director of the company has all the right to amend them.
